Return & Refund Policy

At Saholat Mall, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Customers can request a return within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.

After 14 days, we may not be able to accept the return request.

2. Return Conditions

• The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and any other items included with the order.

• The product must not be damaged, altered, washed, or used.

• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature or applicable hygiene and safety requirements.

3. Return Delivery Charges

The customer is responsible for all delivery/shipping charges associated with returning an item.

Saholat Mall will not cover the return delivery charges unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedure.

Return delivery charges are generally non-refundable and will be deducted from or excluded from the refund where applicable.

6. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Saholat Mall through our customer support channels and provide:

• Your order number

• The product you wish to return

• Reason for the return

• Photos of the product, if applicable

7. Important Note

Saholat Mall reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the return conditions outlined above or if the return request is made after the 14-day return period.
